Leader Joy USA is the distributor and the producer of the majority of the products we offer. Leader Joy USA uses advanced technology and modern equipment with attention to detail and care to the shape, size, color, and overall character of each piece made leads to a high quality product.

 

Our educational products and materials are certified with European (EN71) and United States (ASTM-F963) standards and craftsmanship. And in 2015 Leader Joy USA adopted the SGS (Societe Generale De Surveillance) management to the production and daily operations to maintain our standard of exceeding your expectations in giving you the best possible quality in the products we produce.

LEADER JOY HISTORY

 

  • In 2006 Leader Joy Industrial Group was created to meet the needs of the Montessori educational community.

  • In 2007 Leader Joy opens a production factory in the Province of Zhejiang, China and successfully manufactures six categories of Montessori educational products.  The company was invited to attend the second Montessori education conference at East China Normal University in Shanghai sponsored by The China Montessori Society (CMS).

  • In 2008 Leader Joy attends the annual Hong Kong Toys and Games Fair where the products are introduced to the Asian market with success in promotion and sales.    
     
  • In 2009 Leader Joy Industrial Group changes its name to Leader Joy Teaching Materials and Toys Factory and develops an exclusive non-chipping paint process for its educational products.

  • In 2010 Leader Joy attends the Nurenburg Toy Fair in Germany where the products are introduced to the European market with success in promotion and sales. 

  • In 2011 Leader Joy launches an import and export company, named Leader Joy Import and Export Co, LTD. It is created to provide better inventory control and quick service for international deliveries.

  • In 2012 Leader Joy expands its production output and increases the number of educational products it offers, such as adding Infant &Toddler, Furniture and Practical Life. Leader Joy renames the production factory, Leader Joy Wood Industry and moves to a new factory site located in the Zhejiang Province to keep up with the demand for its products.  Leader Joy educational products earn international recognition for high quality products by the American Montessori Society of China(AMS).

  • In 2013 Leader Joy creates an open dialogue exchange with its customers about the products and materials they offer and uses the feedback to consult with the Research and Development department. Leader Joy begins providing introductory training in Montessori education in China.  The company begins a working relationship with AMI (Association Montessori International) located at the China Hangzhou Center in the Province of ZheJiang. Leader Joy is also the only Montessori manufacturing company invited to attend the Association Montessori International Congress Session at Portland, Oregon.

  • In 2014 Leader Joy expands its business model to North America. An office and distribution center is set up in the state of Washington to offer better delivery options and exposure to the North and South America markets.

  • In 2015 Leader Joy adopts SGS (Société Générale de SurveillanceSA) management system to the production process and daily operations to maintain our standard of giving our customers the best quality and craftsmanship in the products we produce.
